BEEF TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS

Ameco has an integrated chain, from cattle purchasing to beef processing. Our products are mild in flavour, tender, easily digestible and rich in vitamins and minerals. This is partly why our valued beef products are prepared in a wide variety of ways in international kitchens.

Our beef meets the strict requirements set by buyers and regulators. We respect these requirements. Every product that leaves our company must be of the same high level of quality. Meat of the Dutch Cattle

Between 20% and 30% of Dutch dairy cows are removed from milk production each year. That is the double objective: from dairy cattle to beef. At Ameco, we make a beautiful end product from these dairy cattle.

ROSÉ VEAL

Ameco also supplies rosé veal via the VanDrie Group. Rosé veal is quite specific in taste and structure but yet accessible enough to be used in the both national and international cuisines. The meat is rich in important nutrients, contains very little fat and, despite its texture, is easily digestible. It is an outstanding and affordable starting point for creating a varied menu.
